Smiles

Walker has been providing lots and lots of smiles recently.  Mommy and Daddy each have different ways of getting him to smile.  One way to NOT get him to smile is to shine the orange light from the camera in his face.  Hopefully we'll be able to capture more of these great smiles in the near future.

Two months

Yesterday was Walker's 2 month birthday.  We're going to capture a picture of him each month in his rocker with his lion blanket.  Maybe next month he'll be able to be sitting up more.  He almost doesn't fit in the chair lying down.

First Trip to Memphis

Walker lasted about 10 minutes by the pool (in the shade of course).  He was stylin' with his lion sandals and his cute hat.

Walker got in some good snuggle time with Grammy.

Walker got to meet lots of friends and family, including his Aunt Sherri and Cousin Pearce.

Around Athens

Walker is officially a townie.  He wears cloth diapers, he shops for produce at the Athens Farmers' Market, and eats brunch at Big City Bread Cafe.

Walker meets his namesakes

Walker got to meet the two people he is named after, Charles and Lois Walker.  They have been married for 65 years, and love each other, their children, grandchildren, and now great-grandchildren very much.
