Easter Sunday

The day after we came home from the hospital, we had 9 family members at our house to visit.  This was the first chance for Walker to meet his uncles JR and Andy.  They were in Mexico when he was actually born, but were kind to call that night.

It was nearly 10:00 pm before Walker's grandparents were able to meet him and finally find out his name.

He's here!

Walker Robert Linsley was born at 7:53pm on Thursday, April 9, 2009.  He weighed in at 8 lbs 15 ozs, and was 22 in. long.  All of the nurses commented on how big his feet are.  We couldn't get over how cone-shaped his head was!

Getting Ready

We got the the hospital around 11:30pm on Wednesday, April 8, 2009.  The stars were aligned for our son to be born.  It was a full moon, we ate dinner at our favorite Mexican restaurant, we walked around Target a good bit, and we drank a cup of raspberry leaf tea.
