Halloween 2010

Walker wasn't too excited about putting on his costume at first, but once he got it on he had a blast in it. Thank you Elizabeth Patrick (and Max) for letting us borrow it!
Our little fire chief is ready to go...complete with fire extinguisher and siren.

Trick-or-Treat at Ms. Grace's house next door.

My First UGA Football Game!

On my way to see the Dawgs play!!!

Walker loved the entire experience, but hearing the band and seeing Hairy Dawg were his favorite parts.
It was a chilly day for the first weekend of November.

Walker passed out five steps outside of the stadium. He made it almost two full quarters, despite the game kicking off 30 minutes into his usual nap time. We sure hope his LITTLE BROTHER loves football and the Dawgs as much as he does!

My First Haircut

It was time to finally get Walker's golden locks trimmed. Luckily, a new kid-friendly barbershop just opened around the corner from our house. The entire process took about an hour, but with great results. As you can see, Walker wanted to spread his hair clippings all around the shop.

my cousins

I got together with all of my cousins this summer at Bompa and DD's house. I had so much fun playing with Patrick and Wren, and I can't wait to see them again. Here are some pics from the weekend.

Linsley news

Wow! It's been a long time since this blog has been updated. So, to start us off, we'll share some big news...check out my new t-shirt in the picture below...

In case you had not already heard, my mommy says that I'm going to be a big brother. She is due March 19, so I will almost be 2 years older than my new little brother or sister. I am super excited and love talking to the baby in mommy's belly. More news to come on this at the end of the month when we find out if it is a brother or sister!

Yellowstone

While we were in Montana, we were able to take a day to drive down to Yellowstone National Park (about an hour and a half drive). It was beautiful and we tried to fit in as much as we could in one day. Unfortunately our camera battery died, so we don't have pics of the fields full of bison that we saw or any of the other spectacular views, but we did get a few good ones.

one of the creeks running around Old Faithful.

Dad & I in front of the Old Faithful Inn (my mom says that this is where her Grandma & Grandpa Schmidt spent part of their honeymoon)

all these geysers are cool!

The gorgeous scenery at Artists' Point/The Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. Unfortunately this was the last stop of our trip and I was getting tired, so you can see me telling Dad to put the camera away.

fun in Bozeman

We enjoyed the beautiful weather and scenery while we were in Bozeman, Montana for Krista & Joe's wedding. Here are some pics from our hike to Palisades Falls.

the water was COLD!

this backpack thing is cool!

This pic was taken from the trail around the subdivision we were staying in. There were mountains every way we turned. It was so beautiful!

Cousins

I got to meet my cousin Patrick for the first time on our trip to Montana. We had a great time together and know that we will grow up being good buddies.

bath time!

no, that's not an electric socket...it's the central vacuum port, and boy was it cool!

Grammy and Pop got us matching bibs that say "Moosey Eater" & we had fun playing in them.

Krista & Joe's Wedding

Kenneth's cousin Krista got married on July 3 at Bridger Bowl Ski Lodge in Bozeman, Montana. It was a gorgeous setting, a beautiful couple, and a great time with extended family.

I loved walking on the grass/ski slope with my dad!
