Yellowstone

While we were in Montana, we were able to take a day to drive down to Yellowstone National Park (about an hour and a half drive). It was beautiful and we tried to fit in as much as we could in one day. Unfortunately our camera battery died, so we don't have pics of the fields full of bison that we saw or any of the other spectacular views, but we did get a few good ones.

one of the creeks running around Old Faithful.

Dad & I in front of the Old Faithful Inn (my mom says that this is where her Grandma & Grandpa Schmidt spent part of their honeymoon)

all these geysers are cool!

The gorgeous scenery at Artists' Point/The Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. Unfortunately this was the last stop of our trip and I was getting tired, so you can see me telling Dad to put the camera away.
